The CHA’s Pomodoro 10-Week Spring 2025 Writing Group Series
CHA Pomodoro Writing Group Sessions
Every Thursday in Spring 2025, 1pm - 4pm | CHA Conference RM 201, Macky Auditorium
Sometimes the hardest part of any project is getting started.
Join us for a series of Pomodoro-inspired writing sessions aimed at helping you build focus, momentum, and community! Whether you're working on a writing project, crafting, or any task that requires focus, these sessions are designed to help you break through procrastination, while offering regular social breaks for stretching, conversation, and snacks.
What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The is a time management method that divides work into focused intervals, called “Pomodoros,” followed by short breaks. The goal is to help you build momentum and make tasks feel more manageable, especially when faced with larger projects.
Each session consists of three 45-minute Pomodoro intervals with breaks in between. You'll have a quiet, distraction-free environment to focus, followed by time to relax and recharge. You are welcome (and encouraged!) to attend multiple sessions if you need more focused time.
