ShareÌýyour Culture and Cuisine with theÌýCU Community

The goal of the annual International Festival is to provide an opportunity for cultural student groups on the CU campus to share their culture with the CU Community.ÌýRepresent your roots with your country's or region's own personalized booth usingÌýlocal artwork, clothing or literature. You also get the chance toÌýinform visitors about your culture and traditions, and have them try out all the cultural activities!

You can also opt to include your region/country's unique cuisine as a part ofÌýyour booth. With the belief that food is a critical part of a culture, the CU International Festival Committee acceptsÌýfood sample requestsÌýto offer an exceptional experience of the full spectrum of one's culture to our visitors during the iFest.ÌýEvery country/region representing a booth is eligible to submit recipes that represent its culture. This can be aÌýdish (main or side), drink orÌýdessert! Do not miss out on a chance to share your unique cultureÌýwith theÌýCU Community.Ìý

Showcase your Culture to theÌýCU Community

Every year, the CU International Festival Committee provides a stage forÌýgreatÌýperformers whoÌýshowÌýcultural dances, play traditional instruments, or sing in their nativeÌýlanguage. Both CU and non-CU affiliatedÌýgroups are welcome to perform, as long as their performance is culturally appropriate. This will beÌýbased on the submitted performance description which will be reviewed by committee members.Ìý
