IROCC Statement of Purpose

The Infrastructure & Resilience Opportunity for Change Committee (IROCC) consists of staff, students and campus members who are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace where individual talents and differences are encouraged, embraced and developed. Our committee supports the 91ÊÓƵ Strategic Priorities by focusing on the Learn and Accountability action areas of the CLIMB initiative within the IDEA plan. We demonstrate the VCIS Strategic Plan values of Teamwork, Engagement and Employee Empowerment to achieve the goal of Developing a Healthy Organizational Culture.Ìý
